Obituary of Arthur Joseph Archambeault

Arthur “Archie” “Junior” Joseph Archambeault

Passed away peacefully on November 7th 2022 at the age of 80 surrounded by his family. Archie was born and raised in Gardner, MA. He married Bonnie Shaw in 1971 and moved to Plymouth, MN in 1972.

During his 50 years in MN, Archie worked with Ware Manufacturing until he retired. He enjoyed camping, learning about computers, spending time with his family here, and traveling back home as often as he could.  He loved reading The Gardner News online and staying on top of news from his hometown. He regaled his family with stories of his youth, particularly those involving his best friends George Mei and Danny Ram.

He was preceded in death by his wife Bonita Shaw, and parents Dorothy and Arthur.

He is lovingly remembered by his life companion Dee Rasmussen, son Guy Archambeault (Deb), daughter Heather Archambeault, grandchildren Brianna Van Der Puy (Bart), Olivia Morgan, Tom Fisher, Jim Fisher, and Alexander Archambeault, brothers Rodney Archambault and Mark Archambault (Carleen), sisters Nancy Rolf (Harold) and Joan Glanton, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to a celebration of Archie’s life and luncheon held at Pilgrim United Methodist on Wednesday, November 30 at 10:30am  4325 Zachary Ln, Minneapolis MN 55442 followed by interment services at Gethsemane Cemetery 8151 N 42nd Ave, New Hope, MN 55427
