Obituary of Jean Lee Curtis

Jean Lee Curtis 68 of Duluth Minnesota passed away October 8,2022 on hospice at St.Luke's Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born November 7,1953 to Olive(Downs) and LeRoy Wilbur. Duluth was where she was born and raised with her two sisters Susan and Lynne. Here is where she developed her love for the outdoors gardening, fishing and hunting. She was an animal lover of all sorts but really loved her dogs. She graduated from Central High School, class of '73. Following graduation she went on to get her Baker's Degree. She worked in a lot of kitchens over her lifetime but really enjoyed working as a cafeterian at the Floodwood School. 

She is preceded in death by her mother Olive, her father LeRoy, and her sister Susan.

Jean is survived by her sister Lynne;
her two daughters Christina(special friend Matt)and Susan(Philip); her two grandsons Kevin and Daniel; nieces and nephews Tammy, Paula, Elaine, Jack, Kathy, Todd and many other family members. 

Special thanks to all the staff at Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation and St.Luke's Hospital, ICU and the Hospice.

There will be a private celebration of life for Jean's family at a later date.
