Dan Kemp came to work at Norwest Bank three weeks after I did. I was the “senior” ATM person with three weeks of ATM experience expected to train in a newbie. I was horrified. It was fine. Dan was a go-getter. He was smart and worked diligently. Dan accepted that I didn’t know that much more than he did and we were a good team. Dan and I also had rock interests in common. Dan made trips to Tuscan for the annual rock show and had a company. Some of my most valued rocks came from Dan. His rocks were a pleasure to see. In addition, Dan and Catherine threw fun parties. I remember reading a play at one of their parties. I enjoyed their company. Dan Kemp made a difference. I am very glad he was in my life. Nancy Wiens
