Obituary of William (Bill) Henry French

William (Bill) Henry French, sunrise March 13, 1924, sunset September 25, 2022. Born in Minneapolis, Bill attended St Paul Central High excelling in football and track. A graduate of Hamline University he worked as a research chemist. A navy veteran, Bill saw action in North Africa, Sicily and the Pacific. He was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Clara French, his loving bride Gertrude, and his son Tim. Survived by his son Tom (Sherry Lynn), Trudie Cody (John), Neil Schnagl (Diane), Larry Schnagl, daughter-in-law Erin, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A small private memorial will be held by the family prior to his internment at Calvary Cemetery in St Paul. May his memory become a blessing.
