Obituary of Carol Ann Freeman

Carol Ann Freeman, 71 of Duluth, passed away unexpectedly on September 2, 2022, at Essentia Health. She was born on September 11, 1950 in Buhl, MN to Arnold and Bertha Oja. Carol married Robert Freeman on June 16, 1978, at Trinity Lutheran Church. She worked at Glass Block, Walgreens and ISD #709 where she retired after working as a special education assistant for many years. She enjoyed spending time with family, crafting with her grandchildren and traveling with her husband. She was involved with the PTA and Girl Scouts with her children. Carol is preceded in death by her mother and father Arnold & Bertha Oja; her son Daniel Freeman and her brother Ken Oja. Carol is survived by her husband Robert Freeman; daughter Michelle Freeman; Daughter-in-law Nicole Freeman and grandchildren: Blake, Coleton, Henry, Danilynn and Elliot. The service will be held at the Cremation Society in Duluth, MN on Saturday, September 10th. Visitation 9am. Service 10am.
