As a neighbor to my aunt, uncle, cousin, and at one point myself I always remember Jeff outside working on something. Be it in the garage, the yard, or around the house he always had a huge smile, a wave, and a friendly hello. Many times it turned a long hard day into an instant sense of happiness. It was a joy to see Jeff and Wanda out together for a walk or a project together. To Wanda and family, he will be missed but never forgotten from our hearts and memories. With Love, Carolin/Carrie
