Obituary of Donald Calvin Huntington

Donald Calvin Huntington, age 85, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at The Glenn Hopkins Memory Care. 

Don was born July 27, 1937, in Eau Claire,Wisconsin son of Curtice and Mabel (Brown) Huntington. He married Patricia (Pat) Nelson on January 30, 1960, at Bethesda Lutheran in Eau Claire.

Those that knew Don knew he loved the Green Bay Packers, music and peeps.

He was a member of Ebenezer Lutheran Brethren in Minneapolis, Minnesota for 61 years. 

He worked as a custodian for 30 years.

Don is survived by his wife of 62 years, Pat; sons Paul (Carol), Mark (Melissa), Brian (Vicki); many grandchildren, great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. 

Don was preceded in death by his parents, Curtice and Mabel Huntington; sister, Donna Mae Kleist; brother, Harvey Huntington; In-Laws, Herman and Ruth Nelson and son, Kent.

We will be gathering to share some of our favorite memories, our stories, to laugh, to cry and remember a wonderful man who will be greatly missed. Luncheon will be served in his honor.
