Obituary of Dale Eugene Skrukrud

Dale Eugene Skrukrud, 47, passed away unexpectedly on August 18th, 2022, at the St. Cloud Hospital with his family near his side after a six-day battle from a severe stroke.

Dale was born on January 12th, 1975, in St. Paul, Minnesota. Dale spent many years as truck driver, which he enjoyed. He loved the open road and all the beautiful scenery he got to explore. Dale loved to spend time with his family and friends.

He also enjoyed watching his nieces and nephews play in their sports, he was a huge fan! He loved to sit and watch baseball and football with his Dad, cheering on his favorite teams the Minnesota Twins and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Dale is survived by his father, Eugene D. Skrukrud, and his mother Elizabeth R. Gobat. His sister Sandra and brother-in-law Wayne Lease. He is also leaves behind his nieces Autumn (Ruby) Hopp, and Avy Lease, along with his nephews Mitchell Woitalla and Logan Lease.

A Memorial and Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
