I am so sorry to hear this. I have lived next to Jerry for over 20 years and he was a wonderful neighbor. And his dad Chris too!.. I remember one day I brought over a puzzle for them to work on it was a Brady Bunch one and they seemed excited. Jerry watched my dog Angie while I was in the hospital. Greetings, Christensen cousins! I'm so sad to hear of Jerry's passing. It instantly brought back memories of fishing with Jerry on the Wisconsin River when we were both little guys, in my Uncle Dale Seely's boat. I also remember visits when he would stay at Marg and Hank's home in Wauzeka. I'll always remember Jerry. Glad to see in the obit that fishing remained a joy for him throughout his life. My wife Linda and I will be attending services for her Uncle Don Osterhaus. Hope to see some or all of you there to express my condolences in person. Dear Jeff, Therese, Gina, Lynn and families, I've just learned of Jerry's death, and my heart is with each of you. I remember Jerry for the sweetness of his spirit. That sweetness has found its home now. May his spirit soar. Your mom and dad and all of you are always in my heart. I miss seeing you. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Jerry, but Tre kept us informed of the family’s news over the years. The most impactful thing I remember about Jerry was how he cared so lovingly for his dad in the last years of his dad’s life. This speaks volumes of his generosity of spirit and love in action.
