Obituary of Tim D Udesen

Tim “Timmer” Udesen died unexpectedly of natural causes on May 30, 2022.

Tim was born in Duluth at St. Luke’s Hospital on Aug. 16, 1959, to Duane “Bud” and Helen Udesen and was the youngest of 3 boys raised in Lester Park. Tim loved to race road bikes, fish, ski and winter camp.

Tim and his wife Amanda of 34 years raised two children in Duluth. He loved being a dad and spent hours building Legos, forts, leading a scout troop and enjoying lake time.

Tim skillfully managed several Perkins restaurants before turning his passion for woodworking into his next career. For the past 21 years, Tim worked at St. Germain’s, proud to contribute to many high-profile projects.

Preceded in death by his parents Bud and Helen and brother Gary, Tim is survived by his wife Amanda (nee Jacobson), son Soren (Janelle), daughter Annika, grandchild Bisma, brother Larry (Leanne), and several nieces, nephews and sisters and brothers in law.

Tim will be dearly missed by family and friends. Please join us to celebrate his life at the Cremation Society, Sat., June 4, 2-5 PM. Service at 3 PM.
