Mom loved her flower gardens and crocheting her famous hot pads.  Mom also taught us to serve and volunteer in our community by helping others.

A Celebration of Life will be June 25th at Hope Lutheran Church, 2500 County Hwy B, (Oulu) Brule, WI. Visitation is one hour before the service at 11a.m. with lunch to follow. Committal is at RestHaven Cemetery on Highway 13.

One of the hardest parts caring for her with Dementia was learning to understand and navigate through it – Our two Mom’s: before Dementia and with Dementia.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial gifts can be made to Jessie Burhans Memorial Scholarship which is set up at Northwood Technical College Foundation, 600 N. 21st Street, Superior, WI 54880 for individuals wanting to be caregivers for people with Dementia/ALZ.

We’ll always love you Mom and find peace knowing you are in Heaven dancing with Dad!
