My family and I lived in Minneapolis from 2016-2018 and during that time I had the honor and priviledge to spend time with Aunti. I will always remember her as having a sweet disposition, a wonderful woman who loved to laugh and whose spitfire personality made me smile. Aunti was constantly surrounded by her friends and I learned quickly to not get in the way of her and Bingo! What a blessing she has been, the world needs more Aunti's. Love you always. ‘Auntie’ is what we called our great-aunt, who was more like a grandma to me than aunt. My memories of our time together always include wonderful embraces, the most witty sayings, funny faces, her cats, love for angels and delicious snacks! One year, I thought my new riddle would match her wit when I asked if she wanted some ‘Lemon and Tea’ or was it ‘Lemon Auntie’! She always had a smile and the most inviting laugh! I was able to visit Auntie two years ago and the photo attached says it all! she was a blessing to so many and touched many lives. I love you Auntie and will see you again soon!
