Obituary of Joyce Genung

Age 73, of Monticello, passed away February 25, 2022 after fighting a courageous battle with cancer.

She was a most gracious, grateful, loving, and giving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose faith and love of her family and friends shined through in everything she did, every day of her life.

Preceded in death by her parents Agatha (Ray) Schindele, and Herbert Becker.

She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Tim, children Danielle and Tom (Barbi), grandchildren Nathan (Abbie), Jacob, and Owen, siblings Bev Metzger and Dan Becker.

 Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 18th at 11am with visitation one hour prior at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 9300 Jason Ave NE, Monticello.
