Obituary of Lloyd Arthur Beyer
Beyer, Lloyd A. passed away in the early morning hours of Monday, January 31st at the age of 93. Lloyd had a servant's heart, always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His smile, his beautiful singing and his storytelling brought joy to many. He was a kind, positive, happy and extremely friendly man. When meeting someone new, he always made two inquiries: where were they from and what did they drive (Lloyd was a true blue Ford man). For over 30 years Lloyd worked as a heavy equipment operator and superintendent for the demolition and excavation company, Carl Bolander and Sons. Lloyd loved to work hard and the more challenging it was, the better he liked it. Upon retirement he and a business partner formed a residential and commercial landscape company. There are no words to adequately describe how much he will be missed by those who knew and loved him. We will keep him in our hearts until we meet again. Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife, Isabel and his sister Nancy. He is survived by siblings: Jean, Joanne, Ed, and brother-in-law Tom. He leaves behind his children: Todd (Jeri), Sandy (Jim), and Dianne; grandchildren: Brian (Pat), Jennifer (Ward), Tiffany, Trevor (Jennifer), and Taylor (Justin); nine great- grandchildren and five great-great- grandchildren.
