Connie cherished family time, celebrating holidays and birthdays. Her greatest joys were with her family and watching her children, grandchildren and great-grandchild grow. She really enjoyed watching them do the things they love like, dance, hockey and baseball. It gave her so much joy them loving life. She loved get-togethers and loved her bi-weekly lunches with her sister and nieces. She was unable to get out much, so any visits for lunch or coffee was really a highlight for her.
She had a love for gardening. She regularly maintained up to six gardens with a mix of flowers and vegetables and maintained them all by herself. She enjoyed the time outside and being able to watch the birds and the wildlife around her.
Connie touched a lot of people of the years. She enjoyed playing cards, going to the casino and she loved being with friends. She was not afraid to meet new people or try new things. Everyone who met her, knew they were loved. She had a gift.
She is now with the Lord. May he guide her through the gates of heaven and reunited her with her loved ones.
A Celebration of Life will take place later in the spring.
We will miss her loving smile and her hugs. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
