Obituary of Marlene R. Young

Marlene R. Young (Masek)

Age 90 of St. Paul. Died on Dec 5, 2021.  Preceded in death by parents,
Theresa (Jane) and Cyril, and brother Richard (Dick). Survived by
sister, Joyce Drexler of Doylestown, PA; nieces Laura Olson (Bruce) and
Paula Shuart (Kent); nephews Jim, Blake, Craig, Brad, and Scott and
numerous great-nieces/nephews and cousins. Marlene was born and raised
in St. Paul, graduated from Humboldt High School, and lived many years
in Seattle, where she enjoyed the outdoors, especially boating. She went
on to work at Boeing and Prudential Insurance. Marlene returned to St.
Paul in the 1980’s, where her hobbies were golfing and bowling. She was
devoted to her Catholic faith, family, friends, and neighbors.
