Obituary of Stephen Lee Andrews

Stephen Lee Andrews age 73, of Rosemount, MN passed away unexpectedly on December 1, 2021 while walking his beloved dog Henry aka Buddy. He was born December 11, 1947 in Illmo, Missouri. He served in the United States Army including active duty during the Vietnam War. He traveled all over Europe, living in Germany while stationed there. He met beloved wife Cris at Vie's Place in McGrath, MN and the rest was history. Steve loved music, traveling, walking his dog, friendship and a good cup of coffee. His zest for life was infectious. He is preceded in death by grandmother (who raised him) Edna Lawrence, mother Flossie Vivant, father Charles Andrews, wife Cristine Andrews, and nephew Robbie Vivant. He is survived by daughter Laura Andrews (Dom Venzant), sister Bonnie (Hector) Ortega, brothers Danny Vivant, Charlie (Debbie) Andrews, Frank (Debbie) Andrews, Gary (Tracy) Andrews, brothers-in-law Henry (Julie) Marotzke and Donald (Cheri) Marotzke, niece Jenny Vivant (Brian Kelly) and many other nieces and nephews. Funeral services 2 pm, Thursday, Dec 30th at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Ave S, Edina, MN 55435. Visitation one hour prior to the service. A celebration of life directly after funeral at West End Trap Club, 4899 Brooklyn Ln, Eagan, MN 55123 including refreshments. His cremains will be interred at Fort Snelling at a later date this spring.
