Obituary of Sandra Anderson
Sandra (Sandi) Anderson, 73, passed away Monday November 1st, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family in Owatonna, Minnesota after a 14 year battle with cancer.
Sandi, the daughter of Elmer and Irene Liter, was born July 18th, 1948 in Knoxville, Iowa. Sandi’s family lived in several places in Iowa and eventually settled in Kanawha where she met Chris and they eventually married on October 7th, 1967. They both dedicated their lives to Jehovah God and symbolized that by water baptism on October 14th, 1973.
Chris and Sandi moved to Owatonna, Minnesota in July of 1974 and have lived there ever since. They have enjoyed serving in the Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses for many years. Sandi loved helping people learn about their Creator, Jehovah God, and the truths found in the Bible. She and her husband Chris taught their three children all those wonderful truths. Sandi also spent 15 years in the full-time pioneer ministry after her children were raised.
Sandi felt much joy in spending time with her four grandsons in various activities like camping, playing music, gardening, and just talking. She is looking forward to continuing with these activities with the ones she loves when her God, Jehovah, resurrects her back to this earth in paradise conditions under the Kingdom rule of his Son, Jesus.
Sandi will be missed by her husband of 54 years, Chris, her 2 daughters: Michelle Cousins and Angela Brown and 2 sons-in-law: Greg Cousins and Ryan Brown; also her 4 grandsons whom she loved dearly: Ethan and Mason Cousins and Dylan and Tyler Brown as well as Ethan’s wife Jaci, Mason’s wife Jaclyn, and Dylan’s wife Kaylee. She will also be missed by her 2 brothers: Donald Liter and Ronald Liter and his wife Julie and nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her older brother Dennis Liter, and her son Anthony Anderson
