Obituary of Jeannette Nina Ward

Jeannette Nina Ward, age 82, of Anoka, passed away surrounded by her family on October 22, 2021.  Beautiful wife, mother, grandma, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Preceded by husband Dennis, parents Joseph and Nina Paul, and sister Norma. Survived by children, Stephanie (Gerry) Kush, Tina (Patrick) Scott, Paula Ward (Tom Seide), Dan (Brenda); grandchildren, Matt, Sarah, Alex, Mitchell, Nate, MacKenzie, Zach, Mark, Travis, Abby; great grandchildren, Scarlett, Oscar, Jameson, Alice, Colton, and another one on the way.  Nina adored her family, especially her grandchildren.  She enjoyed gardening, fishing, crocheting, and spending time with many friends.  A wonderful soul to everyone she met. Mass of Christian Burial 11 am Thursday, October 28 at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, 525 Jackson St., Anoka with visitation at the church one hour before Mass.  Internment at Forest Hills Cemetery, Anoka. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Nina’s name to the Alzheimer’s association of Minnesota.
