On September 17th Steven Paul Phillips of Bloomington Minnesota Previously from Minneapolis, passed away at the age of 61 years old. Surrounded by Family Diane Phillips and Daughters Ryanne Phillips and Erin Phillips and Sisters Peggy Genest and Barb (Robert) Miller. He was proceeded in death by Father Myron Phillips, Mother Mary Lyn Phillips and Brother in law William Genest.
