Orrie Glauvitz was born in 1950 on May 3rd into a His, Hers and Our family. 16 I believe total at this year , and two Brothers more to follow
We were friends and enemy's all in the same week, some times the same day !! We were both Taurus {the bull} sign being one week a part in birthdays..and we could and would go round and round disagreeing.
He was a good person, BUT he had a temper ...I will miss him at the dinner table , never had to put food a way, like left overs did not find it to the refrigerate when Orrie was over... He did love to eat...He also drove me crazy in the mornings....He wouldn't do any thing out of order....Bath Room ..Deck coffee in one hand ,smokes in the other. It might take him a hour to finish that one cup on coffee, but you couldn't get him out of that chair tell it was gone. There were days that he had come to help around the lake and by the time Orrie was ready to work Gary was done..
The three brothers were so different..Orrie liked to sleep in, party and visit. Gary up early get-it -done, not a good visitor ,, or like his daughter Jody Not a real People person....Then there was Merle...Heart of gold but always getting into some kind of trouble , Liked most people but was never understood....Or maybe he wasYum
It has been a very interesting journey with the family as I have been a part of it for over 55 years ....The memories are many and most of them make me laugh...but not all.
I will miss your laugh , Orrie and the way you always clapped your hands when something really tickled you...Nun of us will miss your nasty comets about our weight, what we are wearing and all the other things you thought We were doing or looking bad at.
Looking thought the photo's I have of you you were always the one laughing in the photo....You were loved by many and you pissed off quit a few also...But all in all You were a pretty good person.
We will miss you...
