Obituary of Stacy Ann Wagner
Stacy Ann Wagner died after a short illness on September 6, 2021, with her family by her side. She was born in Willmar, Minnesota on December 21, 1962, to Ronald Roy Wagner and Phyllis Mae (Ballard) Wagner.
Stacy grew up in Willmar and attended school there until her graduation from Willmar Senior High School in 1980. Shortly afterwards, Stacy moved to the Minneapolis area where she lived until the time of her death.
Stacy was employed by Sedgwick Insurance Company for 25 years where she held a number of different positions.
Stacy’s biggest source of pride and joy was Elliott, her son. Stacy spent countless hours on bleacher seats watching Elliott play football, basketball, and baseball.
She also enjoyed traveling to Arizona where she had yearly visits with her mom, sister, and brother.
Stacy was an animal lover. She cherished the Irish Water Spaniels she owned through the years and also cared for dogs belonging to her friends. Recently, she adopted a precious Chihuahua named Phoebe.
Stacy is survived by her son, Elliott Centeno, of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, her mother, Phyllis Wagner, of Tucson, Arizona, her sisters Terry (Ivan) Abrams of Tucson, and Shari Wagner (Carl) of Albertville, Minnesota, and her brothers Gary Wagner of Tucson and Robert (Theresa) Wagner of Elk River, Minnesota, as well as by her nieces Emily (Kyle) Swenson-Wheeler, Danielle Swenson (Corey), and her nephew Korey Erickson.
Stacy was preceded in death by her dad, Ronny Wagner. She was beloved and will be missed.
