Suzanne and Chuck Waldron send our love and hugs to Mary Ann and the family. Dick was a special part of that band of cousins growing up together in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As we went out separate ways, we always quickly reconnected at those rare reunions. A husband, father and cousin, gone too soon, but well-remembered.

Dear Mary Ann and family, Dick and I grew up together and were cousins on my mom's side of the family. We were often referred to as kissing cousins; which means a close relative. We were very close and as so often happens went separate ways as we were older. I remember the first organ (toddler size) that his mom and dad got for him and if I close my eyes I can see him playing it. Then they got him a little bigger organ and bigger. He became the professional that I was so proud of. I regret that I did not get to see him play at his beloved church. But, I know in my heart that he was spectacular and loved my all the church members. I found two pictures of us as toddlers and have added them here. Mary Ann, I will see you and the family at the funeral to help celebrate his wonderful life. Love, Joanne
