Obituary of Dale William Douville

Dale William Douville, 68, of Duluth, MN passed into the afterlife unexpectedly at the family cabin on Thursday July 8th. Heroic efforts on behalf of family members and responders were unsuccessful to revive him and our family appreciates everyone that helped him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Louis and Lucille Douville. Those left behind include his wife Rani, “extra mom“ Marcia Lunde, sister Karen Lucas (Tom Johnson), brother Steven Douville, son Brian (Amy) Douville of Rapid River, MI, son Joseph (Jennifer Lundgren) Douville of Duluth, MN, granddaughters Callie and Adria, and grandson Bryce.

He will be remembered by his many friends and loved ones at the Cremation Society of MN on Monday, July 26th. Visitation will be at 2 pm followed by service at 3 pm. Following the service there will be an opportunity to offer in person condolences, along with sharing any stories or memories that anyone would like to share with the family. May God speed his reunification with those who have preceded him and grant calming grace to those left behind in his loving memory.
