Obituary of Donald Arthur Johnson, Jr.

Donald Johnson, Jr. age 79 of Superior, WI passed away June 13, 2021 at Essentia Health, Duluth, MN. He graduated from college with an art major. He served in the Vietnam War in the 1st Calvary and was a lifetime member of the DAV and VFW.

Don was preceded in death by mother Luella (Alberg) and father Donald Johnson Sr., sister Marlene Mogenson, and stepson, Michael Shaw.

Don is survived by wife Beverly of 43 years. Stepdaughter Candis Rousse and her husband Lonnie. Grandchildren Travis Rousse, Amber Rousse and her husband Luca, nephew Craig, niece Wendy, and their spouses and children. Don is also survived by many cousins.

There will be a family graveside service at a later date. In lieu of flowers family requests donations to the DAV.
