Obituary of Pamela Ann Arnold

Pamela Ann (Wallace) Arnold, age 73, passed away surrounded by family on June 18, 2021 after a long battle with lung issues. Pam was born in Detroit, MI & raised by her loving parents Arthur & Flora Belle Zitterbart. She grew up with her 4 siblings Ernie, Tommy, Michael & Patricia who she has many fond memories with.
Pam met her dear husband Gordy in 1965 at a concert in Washington State. They were married on Sept. 24, 1966 & had their only daughter Missy in 1968, who they raised in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. They were married for 43 years until Gordy passed away of cancer in 2010. Pam worked at Julius B. Nelson & Son for 32 years and loved her job. She retired in 2011 and enjoyed spending the last 10 years with her fiance Gerald.
Pam loved traveling, her friends, playing bingo, the Palmer Lake VFW, and spending time at Clearwater Forest. Most of all, she loved her family and spending time with her daughter, 3 grandchildren Joey, Jordan, Jake and her great grandson Benny. She had the most giving heart & will be missed dearly.
Preceded in death by her parents, Arthur & Flora Belle Zitterbart; Husband, Gordon Arnold; brother, Thomas Wallace; & son in law, Justin Abrahamson. Survived by her daughter, Mellisa Abrahamson; Pam's fiance Gerald Johnson; siblings, Ernie (Ann) Wallace, Michael, and Patricia (Ed) Thomas; grandchildren, Joey (Holli), Jordan (Chris), and Jacob; great grandchild Bennett; & many nieces, nephews & friends.
Memorial Service will be Monday, June 28th at 2PM at The Cremation Society of MN - 7835 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445. Visitation at 1PM and celebration of life to follow the service at 3:30PM at Palmer Lake VFW 2817 Brookdale Dr, Brooklyn Park, MN 55444.
