Thank you for all you have done for me mom. Without the strict upbringing you gave us all, where would I be? A stint in the military, almost 24 years in law enforcement, and a retirement I can actually enjoy at a young age.
I continually try teaching my children, the way you taught me. Fortunately I have the most loving and caring adult daughter a father could ask for, and two younger children that are well on their way, as well as a loving wife that I think the world of.
Remembering my childhood, we always had a blessed Christmas, I remember wall to wall presents (even though some may have been socks and underwear.) I remember kids from throughout the neighborhood descending on our house (1203 Bush Ave) every day to cool down in summer with ice cream cones that you dished out for everyone.
I’m glad you are in a better place, you will always be loved by your family and friends, until we see each other again.
Love your son, Lutz
