Obituary of Mary L Hockemeyer

Age 76, of Brooklyn Park, passed away May 7, 2021.

Born September 9, 1944 in Faribault, MN to Lloyd and Mary Robinson. Raised in Crystal, MN and graduated from Mount St. Mary High School.  She married Keith Hockemeyer on July 1, 1967 and together they had 2 children.

Lady will be remembered as a very loving and caring mother, grandmother, and sister. She always had her family’s best interest at heart and was generous, sometimes to a fault. She gave very thoughtful and intentional advice, when sought and had a razor sharp wit that you had to look out for. She will be dearly missed.

Preceded in death by husband, Keith; parents and siblings, Tommy, Jerry, and Denny. She is survived by her children, Brian (Sandy) and Karon (Scott) Tollefson; grandchildren, Brandon and Brianna Hockemeyer, Nicholas and Kayla Tollefson; great-grandson, Jason Hockemeyer; siblings, Dick “Bub”, Laura, Lynn, and Tony as well as extended family and friends.

Celebration of Life will be planned for a future date.
