Obituary of Shirley Tollers

Shirley Tollers, 88 of Superior Wi., died peacefully, Wednesday, April 21, 2021 surrounded by her family.

She was born June 2, 1932, in Duluth, MN the daughter of Walter & Stella Mencel.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother & great-great-grandmother.  Shirley loved and enjoyed being around her family. Her strength, joy of life and kindness will not be forgotten by her family.

Shirley will be missed by her daughters, Kathy Schulties, Nancy Robarge & Cecilia Tollers; sons, Jerry (Marilyn) Gingras,  Jeff (Vanessa) Gingras, & David (Mary) Tollers; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and brothers, Lawrence & George Mencel.

Preceding her death were her parents, Walter & Stella Mencel; husbands, Clary Tollers, Jim Jaski and Barney Gingras; granddaughter Amanda Gingras; son-in-law, Steve Robarge; brothers Bill & Bob; and sisters, Marian, Lucille & Doris.

Visitation, Friday May 14, 2021 9:30 10:00 mass at Cathedral of Christ the King, with Fr Andrew Ricci as celebrant.
