Phyllis Mary Mulek, 91, of Hermantown, formerly of Morgan Park, passed away on April 24, 2021 at Edgewood Hermantown.

Phyllis was married to Jack for 67 years and raised eight children in Morgan Park. She will be remembered as a patient, kind, and loving mother and grandmother who was very proud of her children and family. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, sister Peggy Teney, and her husband Jack.
Phyllis was survived by her children Patti (Jim) Blackman, Jack (Cindy) Mulek, Sandy (Steve) Brand, Kathy (Dave) Gunderson, Steve (Jodi) Mulek, Mike (Deanna) Mulek, Rick (Theresa) Mulek, and Andy Mulek; 17 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson; as well as many extended family members and friends.
