Obituary of Joanne Marie Johnson

Joanne Marie Johnson, 85, of Saginaw, MN passed away Thursday, March 18, 2021 at her home.

She was born in Duluth, MN and was a graduate of Denfeld High School. She previously worked at Wahl’s Department Store, was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Duluth, and a former member of the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary.

Joanne was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert J. Johnson. She is survived by her son Art (Sandra) Johnson of Superior, WI and granddaughter Calla (Kenny) Gilbertson of Duluth, MN.

Private family graveside services will be held. Inurnment will take place at Oneota Cemetery.
