I remember Nella as a beautiful happy woman, who while I was growing up would see daily. She as well as Alice Sather would have coffee with my mother, Bev Melanson. These woman were like mothers to all of us neighborhood kids. When I would get home from school if she or Alice were not at our house I would call the other homes looking for my mom and if she wasn’t there the others knew where she was. So close those ladies! Also remember having polka dances in the basement at the house. Nella was so dedicated to family she was a night nurse for I think Kari when you were hospitalized. She also was a hard worker at home with Joe and had big gardens and did canning. I loved her laugh. She always was so positive never heard any cruel words from her. May she Rest In Peace and the love of Jesus surround all of you kids : Kris’s, Kari and Roy! Love you all! Connie ❤️❤️❤️
