Obituary of Norma D. Blake

Norma D. Blake, age 88, of Edina, passed away January 26, 2018. Norma was very active in many organizations, including: PEO, local and national figure skating and the North Starlettes. She loved to play bridge, playing piano, spending time in her rose garden and walking at Southdale Center. Survived by spouse of 66 years, Duane; son, Bob; daughter, Nancy (Joe) Kirst; grandchildren, Beau Aaron and Gia Rae Blake and other relatives and friends. A memorial gathering will be held from 10-11:00 a.m. Friday, February 9, 2018 at Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Salvation Army or charity of donor’s choice.
