Obituary of Robert F. Ihinger

Ihinger, Robert F. Jr. 1955-2018 Robert Forrest Ihinger, Jr. lover of books, pass-ed away peacefully on Jan. 26, 2018 at the age of 62. Born in Riverside, CA, Robert graduated from high school in Edina, MN, & Carleton College in Northfield in 1977. He majored in political science, sparking a lifelong interest in government and political processes. Rob graduated from the U of MN Law School in 1981. He practiced law for several years before beginning a second career in computer sales. His lifelong love of books led him to a writing class where he met his lifelong love, wife Peg Kerr. Rob was an exceptional father to his 2 daughters Fiona & Delia. He had an enduring interest in science fiction and was a long-time member of The Minnesota Science Fiction Society (Minn-StF). Memorial service will be Friday, February 2 at 11 am at Lake Nokomis Lutheran Church, 5011 31st Ave S, Minneapolis. Visitation will be 1 hour prior.
