Nelson, Robert N. Age 79 of Mpls. passed away February 17, 2018. US Navy Veteran. Loving husband, amazing father, extraordinary Cub Scout Master and coach; known by many kids in the Minnehaha neighborhood. Preceded in death by siblings, Ralph, Virgil, Donald, Dorothy and Shirley. Survived by his wife, Carol; children, Susan, Gary and Bruce; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Sharon. A gathering to celebrate Bob’s life will be held Saturday, March 3rd, 1 pm – 3 pm at Cremation Society of MN, 4343 Nicollet Ave. South, Mpls. Private interment Ft. Snelling.
