Obituary of Judith Mary Kordell

(nee Znidar) Age 66 passed away very peacefully, November 6th, 2014, of kidney failure after a 10-month battle with kidney cancer. Judy was born in St. Paul on April 8th, 1948 where she grew up and graduated from Our Lady of Peace High School. Judy was a long time employee of Northwest Airlines and was thrilled to retire in 2009 and ready to travel. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by all she knew and touched. Judy is survived by husband Peter Kordell, daughter Carol Carpenter (Dean), son Bob Davis (Tracy), step-daughter Jennifer Kordell (Tim Moran), grandchildren Kelsey Taylor, Charlie Carpenter, Nathan Duncan, Nicholas Davis, and Natalie, Julia, and Alexander Moran, and also by many friends and dear cousins to whom she was especially close. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held for Judy on Friday, Nov. 14th from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. at the Eagan Community Center, 1501 Central Pkwy, Eagan MN, 55121.
