Obituary of Thomas K. Downs

Downs, Thomas K. age 78, of Mpls., passed away November 7, 2014. Preceded in death by father Lawrence Downs; mother Ella Putz, and one brother James. Survived by wife of 40 years, Diane; daughter: Colleen (Bruce) Hentges of St. Cloud; sons: Greg Downs of Fargo, ND and Mitch (DeAnne) Downs of Colorado Springs, CO; 5 grandsons, 4 great-grandchildren and sister-in-law: Lois Downs. Tom was a 15 year Navy veteran and BNSF railroad brakeman. Known as "Swami" to friends, he loved horse racing and fantasy football and baseball. Private interment.
