Obituary of Nicole Elizabeth Seguin

Nicole Elizabeth Seguin, 31, of Duluth passed away on Oct. 30, 2016 in her home. She was born to John and Cindy Seguin on June 17, 1985. Nicole grew up in Duluth, graduated from Denfeld High School and received her bachelors degree in Biology and Chemistry from St Scholastica. She worked at St. Luke's for many years as a pharmacy technician. Nicole had a passion for playing soccer. She played varsity for Denfeld and St. Scholastica soccer teams. Her teammates were thankful for playing with her rather than against her. She was so fast they gave her the nickname "Speedie". Nicole loved rollerblading, being by Lake Superior and reading. She had a special place in her heart for the children she babysat over the years and she loved them dearly. Nicole was a sweet, loving young lady. Her family, friends and special furry friends Sakka, Zakira, and Amaris are so sad that she is no longer with us. Nicole was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Dean Fossum and John Seguin Sr. She is survived by her parents John and Cindy Seguin; brother, Nick Seguin; grandparents, Linda Seguin, David and Roberta Couture; aunts, Kim (Jason) LeDoux, Melissa Fossum; uncles, Russ (Kelly) Seguin, Jason (Lisa) Seguin; nieces, cousins and extended family. VISITATION: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, until the 3 p.m. memorial service in the Cremation Society of MN. Celebration of life continues from 4 to 6 p.m. at Mr. D's.
