Obituary of Judy Kaye Plaster

Plaster, Judy Kaye Age 67 of Eagan, MN, passed away surrounded by family Nov. 29th, 2014, from complications of classic Creutzfeldt- Jakob Disease (CJD). Born August 23rd, 1947 in Fergus Falls. Judy attended North High School in St. Paul and the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She worked as a Minnesota Workforce Center Operations Manager until she retired in 2007. She had many passions including roller-skating, international cuisine, movies, story telling, horseback riding, dog training, and traveling to many Latin American countries. Judy is survived by her son, Troy Roger Plaster (Mary K.); grandchildren, Azahar and Zack of Duluth; her mother, Phyllis Palmer of St. Paul; and many dear friends of all species. She had a generous heart and will be sorely missed. Preceded in death by her father, Raymond Schmidt, of Fergus Falls.
