Obituary of Edna Jean Billey

Billey, Edna Jean "Skip" Skip died in the presence of family on December 17 after a fierce battle with lung cancer. Preceded in death by her husband Sherman, she is survived by her sisters Charlotte Randolph and Mary Ann Tveit, daughter Renee Lee (Dan), son Scott (Marla), grandsons Aleksandr Billey and Joshua Lee, and many nieces and nephews. Skip loved and believed in the goodness of people - and exhibited that love in everything that she did. Her door was always open for a glass of wine, a listening ear and (whether you wanted it or not) sage advice. She believed that her grandsons were perfect, and loved to be involved with everything they did. While she will be missed by those of us she left behind, she had no fear of death and was looking forward to worshiping in the presence of God and being reunited with the love of her life Sherman.
