Obituary of Barbara K. Enberg

ENGBERG Barbara "Bobbie" K. Engberg died on Monday, Jan. 5, one day before her 63rd birthday at St. Mary's Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Bobbie maintained a very positive attitude while enduring many health challenges for several years. Bobbie grew up in Fond du Lac and graduated from Morgan Park H.S. Her employment took her many places including the Postal Service, Duluth Public Schools, Chris Jensen, St. Louis County Health Dept. and Gov't Services. She was preceded in death by her parents Emily and Ruben Wall; her husband Denny and brother Larry Geleneau. She is survived by her daughter Becky; step-children David (Sue) and Sheila Cox; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; two sisters Jackie Voltzke and Marie Bonneville; brother-in- law Keith Engberg; many nieces and nephews and special friends Tina Ornie and Terry Rushenberg; she also had a deep love for her many pets and had a lifelong compassion to help others. VISITATION: 10 a.m. Monday, Jan 12, followed by the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. in First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 4100 Grand Avenue, 624-5050. Burial at Oneota Cemetery.
