Obituary of Judith Rae Hanson

Age 77, of East St. Paul 1955 Harding High Graduate. Minnesota public employee-Maplewood School District. Called to Heaven on February 6, 2015 after batteling heart disease and cancer. Preceded in death by husband John E. Hanson, a Carnegie Hero recipient; parents Russsell A. and Dorothy M. (Dorse) Damon. Judith is survived by daughters, Jeanne (Robert) Balsimo, Janet Hanson, Jane (Sonny) Phan. Grandchildren Richard, Patrick and (Ember), Kahani Balsimo, Addisen (Joshua) Carson, Johnelle Phan,. Great granddaughter Kyla Balsimo. Judith was a resiliant women, loving mother and faithful friend. She will be greatly missed. Private family memorial to be held February 14, 2PM at Eastern Heights Lutheran Church, 616 Ruth St., St. Paul. Interment Union Cemetery.
