Obituary of Patricia Marie Jaques

JAQUES, Patricia Marie, age 41, of Blaine, passed away at home on February 22, 2015. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Doug; children, Derrick, Brittany (Zach), Kaylen, and Madison; grandsons, Cole and Maverick; parents, David Johnson, Geri Lynn Fontanilla (Billy); siblings, Lisa White (Michael), Joanne Parvin (Daniel), Larry Johnson (Theresa), Adrienne Oxley(Bryan), Alexis Johnson, Nikki Fontanilla and Nicole Johnson and many other wonderful relatives and good friends. Celebration of Life 2pm on Monday March 2, 2015 at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Boulevard, Brooklyn Park with private family visitation 1 hour before. Reception (Pot luck) to follow at the VFW Hall at 1040 Osborne Road Fridley, MN In lieu of flowers, memorials donations preferred.
