Obituary of Julianne K. Doornek

Julianne K. Doornek passed away from a lengthy illness on March 23, 2015. She was born on March 25, 1947. She was the daughter of Lester and Camilla (Lambert) Ramsey. Julianne loved her study of the Bible. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on Dec. 22, 1974. She married the "love of her life" , Buzz (Jerome) Doornek on Feb. 18, 1998. They had 11 wonderful years together before he passed away. She was very loving and compassionate and loved her family very much. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jerome "Buzz" Doornek; her parents Lester and Camilla Ramsey and stepmother Vernie Ramsey. Julianne is survived by her brother Gary (Joyce) Ramsey of Fargo, N.D.; niece Kelly (Tom) Borgen and nephew Cory Ramsey; three great nieces; one great nephew; step-children April (Mark) Steckling, Neenah, Wis., Jerome "Zeke" (Nichole) Doornek, Watertown, Wis., and Michael (Mandy) Lucas, South Range, Wis.; three step-grandsons and three step-granddaughters. VISITATION: 2 p.m. until the 3 p.m. memorial talk on Saturday April 4, in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 7815 Tower Ave., Superior, Wis. Randall Oakley will officiate. Luncheon to follow at Superior Town Hall, 4915 S. Hwy 35, Superior, Wis.
