Obituary of Brenda Marie Stresow

Brenda Marie Stresow, 54, of Duluth, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015 in Miller Dwan Hospital. Brenda was born in Duluth, Minnesota on March 28, 1961 to Walter and Florence (Fontaine) Czapinski. She graduated from Central High School in 1979 and ran a daycare from her home for many years. Brenda enjoyed spending time with her children above everything else. She was a longstanding member of Peace In Christ Lutheran Church and will be remembered as a selfless person who always put others first. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Lynette Czapinski. Brenda is survived by her children, Timmy, Katie and Becky Stresow; brother Dennis (Lynn) Czapinski; former husband and friend Tim Stresow; dog Kobe as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. The family extends a special thank you to the NICU staff at Essentia Health for all of the wonderful care they provided Brenda. Graveside service was held earlier in the week at Calvary Cemetery in Duluth. Cremation Society of Minnesota 218-624-5200
