Obituary of James Michael Lyon

James Michael Lyon, age 66, of Chanhassen, died May 8, 2015. Jim was a friend to many, a wonderful husband and a loving father. His passion for flying took him many places, giving him the utmost joy. Preceded in death by first wife, Kathy Lyon and son, Patrick. Lovingly missed by wife, Lisa and the extended Lyon family. Jim’s favorite quote, “All I need is more altitude and scotch,” was well known by all his pilot friends. A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00p.m.-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina.
