Timothy "Tim" Gregory Barry: A Life Lived Loudly for His Children

Timothy "Tim" Gregory Barry, age 48, passed away unexpectedly on October 28, 2025, in Lakeville, Minnesota.

Born on February 26, 1977, in St. Paul, Tim was the beloved son of Patricia Joan Deal and Richard Keith Barry. He grew up in Maplewood and later established his home in Rosemount.

Tim’s greatest passion in life was his family. He was a constant and powerful presence, always ready to show up and cheer on his kids as loud as he could. That dedication extended beyond his own children; he was known for his caring heart and was always willing to offer a father figure role to anyone who needed it. He was happiest while coaching his children's sporting teams, and that deep bond was often reflected back to him, as his children would also cheer him on and watch him play basketball.

When he wasn't on the sidelines, Tim loved the thrill of the game—whether it was winning Poker championships, enjoying a night out gambling at the casino, or relaxing with video games. He was a dedicated fan of Minnesota sports, and he also found great joy in watching and loving wrestling (WWE).

Tim is survived by his cherished children: Elexa Barry, Eden Barry (Dominic Altobelli), Blake Barry, and Payton Barry.

He is also survived by his loving siblings: Kenny Langenberger, David Langenberger, Amy (Brian) Crisp, Johnathan (Cindy) Deal, David Deal, Jennifer (Jason) Janski, James Deal and many nieces and nephews.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia Deal and Richard Barry, his stepfather, Melvin Deal, and his brother, Danny Langenberger.
