Obituary of Ernest Dwight Gustafson

GUSTAFSON, Ernest “Ernie”, age 90, of Bloomington, passed away on August 1, 2016. Veteran, U. S. Army Air Corps. Preceded in death by his wives, Betty Ann (Kise) and Beverly (Ulrich Collison); parents, Oscar and Esther Gustafson; 10 siblings. He will be deeply missed by his children; Ernest “Dwight” Gustafson, Jr. (Nadeen Lakoske), Becky Gustafson; step-children, Kathy Johnson (Lowell), Jan Black (Dan), Sue Schemm; grandchildren, Brandon, Spencer; siblings, Emma Martineau, Donald Gustafson; many relatives and good friends. Celebration of Life will be held at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church, 9201 Normandale Blvd., Bloomington with visitation 1 hour before service. Arrangements are pending. Check back for details. Private interment at Sunset Cemetery at a later date. Memorials will be accepted by the family for Alzheimer’s research.
