Smith, Jason M. “Jay” Age 42 of Lakeland, MN passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016. Preceded in death by mother Penny Lee Smith and survived by beloved wife of 14 years Kari (nee Paaverud), children Amber (Jesse), Baylie, Olivia, Logan, father Michael, siblings and many family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held 11AM Wednesday, Oct 19 at Cremation Society of MN, 1979 Old Hudson Rd. St. Paul, MN with a visitation 1 hour prior.
