Survived by wife Dorothy; children Sandra Carlton, Theodore (Colleen), Pamela (Robert) Rowbotham, Vickie (Tim), Joel (Carmen). 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers Robert (Penny); Tom. Ted was an educator with the Bloomington School District for 30+ years; golf coach and employee at The Met Stadium and founding employee of the Metrodome.
